You open your laptop for the day and try to spend some time creating content, but you get frustrated when it isn’t working out how you saw it in your brain.. you script your video, but spend 30 minutes editing one sentence 3x, and you lose the inspiration.
You notice your energy is scattered and your inner critic is loud despite your external success, but you shrug and tell yourself, “that’s showbiz”. You head into your usual afternoon slump attempting a new strategy you found during your midnight scroll with your second cup of coffee and no food on your stomach and end up staring at the computer for 3 hours.
You can’t help but feel a tightness in your chest, a disconnection, a low hum of something missing that doesn't match what you have built. You thought there would be more ease, more time to relax on the couch, and feeling alive by what you know to be your soul’s mission.
You used to feel joy and excitement about your offers and artistic expression, and you know you didn’t build your legacy from the ground up just to live a life where you feel unmotivated everyday by 1PM, defeated and wondering if you’re just not cut out for this.
You still show up, you still deliver, you still look like you have your ducks in a row because you do, mostly. But some nights you lie awake staring at the ceiling wondering if anyone truly resonates with what you're sharing or if you're just posting into the void.
Babe, I know you have followed the content calendars, copied the formats, tried the strategies built for male biology and then wondered why your body couldn't keep up.
And then you stacked your routine, added one more hack, one more course, one more framework and called yourself a failure when it still didn't click.
You thought it meant people don't care about your art and your message.
You feel this way because you've tried every framework under the sun
except your own.

I created Nourish Your Garden because it's what I needed years ago.
I was living in anguish, worried about not getting enough done in a day, shaming myself for not trying harder. I completed routines that weren’t actually supporting me, just providing me with “busy work” to feel like I was chipping away at building momentum. I couldn't help but think something was wrong with me.
If everyone had figured it out, why couldn’t I?
Even though at the time, I had already...
I couldn't understand why my life didn't feel as good as it looked on outside.
When I first became aware of my “garden” I realized what I was looking at was weeds.
I realized my whole life I had been cultivating this mindset of shaming myself to do better, punishing myself internally when I didn’t meet my high expectations, and forcing my body to keep hustling even when it was begging for rest.
Over time, this mindset became so ingrained in my life, it felt normal. It felt like what I was supposed to do.
I built a lot of my creative career on what the Internet said would make me successful. But I would later find out this was not the way my body and creative channel wanted me to show up. As a neurodivergent woman, I needed a practice that ebbed and flowed with my natural rhythms and energy, not something that expected me to be at 100% every single day forever.
When I stopped showing up out of force and pressure, that's when everything changed.
I started going viral while relaxing with my cats on the couch. I gained 1000 followers in less than a month. I started getting DMs from strangers about how they resonated with my story, thanking me for sharing. Half a million views in 90 days. WOW.
My relationship felt easier, I wasn't as afraid to show up online like I used to be. My achievements felt exciting to celebrate. I was actually proud of the life I created for once.
